Takashi Matsubara (松原 崇 Matsubara Takashi?), real name Takeshi Ōsawa (大沢 武志, Ōsawa Takeshi), is the original author of light novel Elemental Symphony of Vogelchevalier and Creator of Selesia Upitiria.

Upon first seeing Takashi, Selesia Upitiria thinks of him as being a "careless and stupid person." While he does have his careless and stupid moments, he's a Creator who cares about his Creations.
